During a lifestyle photo session at McKinney Falls State Park, I had the joy of capturing this lively moment as two sisters ran hand in hand across a sunlit meadow, their dogs happily trotting alongside them. I had the honor of introducing them to the park, and it became the perfect setting for their session — full of golden light, open spaces, and the quiet beauty of nature. The soft glow of the setting sun filters through the trees, highlighting their laughter and the pure joy of a simple afternoon outdoors. This image tells a story of family, freedom, and the timeless bond between people, pets, and the parks that bring us together.
The sisters graciously signed a model release, allowing this beautiful memory to be shared. McKinney Falls State Park continues to be one of my favorite places for outdoor sessions, offering a perfect blend of nature, light, and peace.
